About ATD Central Iowa

ATD Central Iowa is a community of 300+ talent development professionals committed to learning, growth and connection. Led by a volunteer board, our chapter provides programs, events and opportunities that support professionals at every stage of their careers.

Through partnerships with organizations across Central Iowa, we bring dynamic speakers, relevant learning experiences and opportunities to connect with others in the profession. Our chapter has been recognized by the Association for Talent Development with honors including National Chapter of the Month and Share Our Success awards, and our leaders have shared their expertise at ATD's ALC conference for chapter leaders.

As the talent development profession continues to evolve, so do the needs of our members. We strive to understand those needs and deliver meaningful opportunities that help members grow their skills, strengthen connections and increase their impact in the organizations and communities they serve.
