Student Chapter Membership Students enrolled in a degree-seeking program whose coursework points toward talent development. Eligibility below.

Student eligibility

The student rate is available to individuals who meet the criteria in the ATD Central Iowa bylaws:

  • Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per year in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing coursework that demonstrates an interest in talent development
  • Not employed full time in a professional role - full-time professionals pay the standard rate and are not eligible to downgrade
  • Eligible for up to four years total

Your renewal rate resets to the standard rate each year. If you still quality for the student rate, email membership@atdiowa.org to have it reset before you renew.
