Follow the instructions below to join or renew membership with Central Iowa ATD. Instructions are listed below for membership and student membership eligibility. We are happy to have your participation and engagement in our organization!

Take advantage of our inclusive membership and attend regular chapter education events and special interest groups at no additional charge. It's included in your membership fees! You will also have discounted registration fees for special events.

Student Membership Criterion

Student Membership rate eligibility is for individuals according to the following criterion stated in the ATD Central Iowa by-laws:

Students who are enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per year in a degree-seeking program at an accredited university or college
Whose coursework demonstrates an interest in the Talent Development field
Students who are in full-time, professional roles are expected to pay the standard membership rate and are not eligible to downgrade to a student membership
The student membership rate is available for a total of up to four years per individual who meets the above characteristics. Each year, your renewal rate will be reset to the standard membership rate and if you still qualify for the student rate, you will need to contact the Chapter Administrator to reset your renewal rate

If an individual meets these criterion they are eligible for the Student Membership and Renewal.

Non-Profit Chapter Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments The Non-Profit Chapter Membership is available to individuals working for non-profit organizations at a reduced rate of $25. This tier is intended for those whose employers have limited or no professional development budget, ensuring that financial constraints don't stand in the way of growing your skills and your network.

Student Chapter Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
