Back to School night! (Well, Happy Hour from 3 PM - 5 PM)!

August is the time of year where the kids go back to school. In the Talent Development world, it's a chance for us to reflect on what we need to take "back to school" too. Building off our popular March Madness event where we brought the things we love and that make our jobs better, ATD-CI is bringing another opportunity to get feedback and ideas from the best resource we have - each other! So, what's in your backpack that needs to go back to school? Do you have a tired, old training or Talent Development program that needs to be brought into this decade? Or, maybe you're just sick of doing the same 'ol boring workshop and it needs freshened up? Perhaps technology is your challenge and you just want to see how other Talent Development professionals use it?

Please register to join us at Felix and Oscar's in their newly renovated party room at 4050 Merle Hay Road. You're tasked with bringing something to share that needs updated as well as your best ideas and feedback to help out a peer! Bring a friend as well since this is not only a fun event to learn and share, but meet new Talent Development professionals and reconnect with your ATD-CI friends. ATD-CI will sponsor some snacks and refreshments. Adult beverages will be available for purchase.
