I have a passion to train people in leadership because I believe we need to take control of our economy, take charge of our lives, understand what leadership really is, and have a take charge kind of attitude. Leadership is based on values. You have to have a core value system in order to get people to follow you and make a difference in this country. Our beautiful land that we live in, I believe, has been overrun by garbage thinking. If you're ready to take charge of your life then I'm ready to teach you. I am an expert in creating training programs that deliver immediate results in behavior change and performance improvement. I am currently a training consultant and a nationally recognized, award-winning training professional. I have extensive experience as a leadership coach, performance consultant, e-learning designer, instructional designer, and a facilitator and earned my Master’s degree at Drake University. My training programs have helped companies I've worked with save over $21.2 million in capital and expenses.
