Trust Issues: Establishing and Repairing Trust in Working Relationships

Are some of your working relationship not really working because trust is lacking?  Do you trust your teammates?  Do teammates trust you?  Do you trust yourself?  If you answered “No” to any of those questions, you have trust issues.  Now what?  If you want to ignore it or pretend it is something you can’t change, skip this session.  If you want to acknowledge and change the situation, sign up for this session.  You’ll learn three critical types of trust, analyze your trust challenge to pinpoint problems, and leave with plans and tactics you can use to build or repair trust in your working relationships.

 Objectives:

1. Identify key components of a functional team.
2. Identify three types of trust critical to successful working relationships.
3. Analyze working relationships to identify where you want or need to improve trust.
4. Identify actions you can take to enhance trust in your working relationships.

Please park in the lots south of the building or the lot closest to Merle Hay Road and enter through Welcome Center A. Check in with reception and you will be given directions to the room.
