With the recent pandemic and switch to many/all of us working from home, the ATD Central Iowa Board would like to hold a virtual discussion group to share what's working and what's not working in this new venture for many of us. Join us virtually and bring your questions and your conquers to share with others! Some possibilities for our discussion include, but not limited to:

• How do I adapt my role for WFH?
• How can I stay engaged?
• How can I keep my leaders aware of the value I bring?
• In previous economic downturns, TD was one of the first areas to be laid off - how are you mitigating that in this current environment?
• Create connections for developing skills (virtual meetings, virtual training, creating eLearnings)
• What are you doing to support your leaders remotely? How does it look different?
