Description: It's not enough for your leadership team to answer Lencioni's 6 Critical Questions. You need to ensure that they have been clearly and consistently communicated to your team. Join us this month as we continue our discussion of Discipline 3: how the 6 Critical Questions inform an organization's strategic plan and how that plan is communicated across the organization.

The 6 Critical Questions:

• Why do we exist?
• How do we behave?
• What do we do?
• How will we succeed?
• What is most important, right now?
• Who must do what?

The purpose of the Non-Profit SIG is to serve our communities and help enhance employee engagement at non-profit organizations in Central Iowa by offering high-quality leadership and personal development training at no cost to individuals who work for local non-profits.  

The Non-Profit SIG meets every fourth Friday of each month from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Meetings are held virtually via a Zoom meeting link (https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85463992235).
