Description: Have you ever been asked to facilitate leadership, sales, or technical content—even though you’re not “one of them”? You’re not alone.

In this interactive Leadership SIG session, we’ll explore how to confidently design and facilitate learning experiences when you’re not the subject-matter expert—and quiet the imposter syndrome that may show up alongside it.

Through open discussion and shared experiences, we’ll unpack limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and the stories we tell ourselves that hold us back from showing up at our best.

Whether you’re facilitating leader development without a formal leadership role or supporting teams outside your functional expertise, this session will help you reframe your role, strengthen your presence, and lead with authenticity.

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.

The Leadership SIG meets the third Friday of each month from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. Meetings are held virtually via a Zoom meeting link (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87974286838?pwd=YjhJVTlzY2RZc0ZnTG1iTVkyOUluUT09).
